The Carnage Canyon competition was originally scheduled to be run back in October but heavy rain preceeding the comp flooded the bed of the Brisbane river making the course 3 metres under water.
With my Birthday coming up on the 11th of December it seemed like a good date to start the comp and with the river levels back down to a metre the Saturday was looking Good.

Heavy rain flooded the course in the afternoon and cancelling the night stage and final.
Score were tallied on the first two stages and Results taken from them.
A class
First: A1 Mick & Shane, Superior Engineering, 30.39 and 31.21 in the White DGR Hilux
Second: A2 Lee & Ross, Povey Bros Racing, 42.20 and DNF in the grey GU dual cab
B class
First: B2 Ken & Callan, team RTDR, 20.38 and 20.08 in the blue/silver GQ extra cab
Second: B1 Brad & Mick, team Tufflux, 34.43 and 24.07 in the blue hilux
